Beneath the Trees

We meet at the Knockmaroon entrance to the Park and begin with a 10-minute Pilates warm-up under a canopy of stately trees.  Then take a moment to prepare all our senses as we prepare to immerse ourselves fully in nature.

By the Lake

We’ll wander along a quiet path by the lake and then make our way up a short, steep hill stopping for our next short Pilates session in a secluded area at the top.

With the Deer

Strolling through the expansive ’15 acres’, we pass the American Ambassador’s Residence and then take time to enjoy views from the Papal Cross monument.

Through the Meadow

Another stop-off for Pilates and then we move on towards the Visitor’s Centre for a quick comfort break before we circle back towards our starting point.  A short stretch and cool-down completes today’s adventure.
