Class Options
Group classes
Group classes are currently only offered in Scoil Bhride, Kilbride (near Hollystown, Dublin 15). However, new venues will be added shortly. Classes are mixed level, gender and ability and numbers are kept small to ensure individual attention. Clients must bring their own mat and small equipment may be provided by the instructor for some classes. Pilates is always performed without shoes so barefoot or in sock-soles (preferably with a grip to prevent slipping).
Private classes
Private, one-to-one classes are a great way to introduce yourself to the Pilates method. If you are new to exercise, feel self-conscious about joining a group or are anxious that you may not 'be able' for it, a private class is a great way to take the first step. Clients who are rehabbing an injury or who have very specific goals in mind e.g. improve sport such as golf or running may also find private classes more targeted to their specific needs.
Semi-private classes offer the same service to couples with a reduced per person rate.
corporate classes
I am available for pre/post work or lunch time classes and can adapt classes to the individual needs of your workforce. I also have an MA in Workplace Health & Wellbeing and can offer additional advice if required.
